This was the first time I was buying a property (I.E. my first house) and i have to admit i was a little intimidated by the whole process. Well i had no reason to be. Stephanie went every extra mile she could. She prepared a little binder with all my documents from the whole process, everything clearly labeled and neatly organized. She also prepared me a booklet with the step by step for everything i had to do after the closing (Turning on my power with FPL, turning on my water, which wifi companies operated in the neighborhood, everything i would have struggled with by myself). I dont think there was a single thing she forgot to include in the two booklets she gave me. I also liked that during my house hunt she didnt flood my email with every single house she found within the price range, but actually took the time to review the houses and only show me the ones she thought were the best. When i did choose a few of the houses to visit in person, she would do all the research she could about it. How much could i rent it for in the future? Is the HOA strict? How old is the roof? She would have the answers to everything. I truly dont think my home buying could have gone any smoother. I cant recommend her enough and appreciate all her effort from the bottom of my heart!
